After some weeks of talking with Jay from PureJewels & much discussion about the particular chain I required Jay & the team @ PureJewels helped me choose out this lovely 22k link chain from the comfort of my own home.

The price shown included first class & special delivery for the item which essentially covered & insured it during transit to myself, I am beyond happy with the chain & look to add more to my ever growing collection in time but I’ll definitely be shopping with PureJewels again.

I strongly recommend them, where else can you purchase jewellery of this standard online & it is at your door before midday the following day.

Excellent service and beautiful jewellery! I purchased a birthday present online and was concerned I wasn't able to see the item other than website picture. I contacted the team and the friendly staff were very helpful and sent me images and close ups. Nothing was too much trouble! I made my purchase and the item arrived within 48 hours and the communication and tracking was excellent. Unfortunately due my incorrect choice I decided I needed to exchange the item. Once again the staff and service was excellent making the return and exchange very simple and easy.  I really couldn't recommend PureJewels more highly and will definitely be back in the future. Jay, from the moment we stepped into your shop over 2 years ago, until we picked up my engagement ring recently, we haven't had anything else other than an amazing service from you.  You listened to what I was about and how I had awful experiences when it came to ring shopping in Hatton Gardens. I never thought I would find something I loved so much.  I'm so happy Haps introduced you to me and I can't thank you enough for caring and listening to what I wanted. I wanted something unique, not the norm, and without being pushy you were spot on when it came to sourcing my rock, a rare teal saphire. You kept me involved in the design process every step of the way, by sending pics on whatsapp late at night and listening to feedback, recommending your ideas, everything that your  vast experiences bring on this subject and most of all, what I wanted. All I can say thank you, thank you and thank you - to everyone else out there, I can't recommend this place and Jay enough.
